1. Contacting Together®. Call us or submit our preliminary questionnaire.
   
   
2. Evaluation. After receiving your preliminary questionnaire, our consultants evaluate your responses and invite you into our office for a personal interview.
   
   
3. Visiting our Offices. We do everything we can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Discover how seriously we take our business--and how much fun joining our program and meeting someone new can be.
   
   
4. Personal Profiles. Our consultants guide you through the process, taking time to get to know you. We extensively go over our compatibility profiling method and show you how effective it is in matching compatible people. Complete our simple compatibility profile and we will show how we can match you with other compatible people.
   
   
5. The Introduction. Once we find a compatible match, we send you (via an unmarked envelope) a referral letter with a selected member’s name, phone number, and brief personal description. That individual also receives a letter containing your name, phone number, and biographical sketch. It’s then up to one of you to make the call.
   
   
6. The First Date. Relax. This is what you’ve been waiting for! You’re about to meet someone whose interests, values, and personality traits are very similar to your own. Visit first date tips for helpful ideas.
   
   
7. Feedback. After each and every new referral we want your honest feedback. Was it a good match? What would you change about the person? Will you see them again? This helps your consultant refine and modify any future introductions—if they are needed.
   
   
8. On Hold. Need a little time to work on a relationship? Or, will you be out of town for an extended period of time? With this great option you can place your active membership on hold until you’re ready to begin meeting new people again.
   
   
9. Reactivation: Send us a note when you’re ready and we’ll resume sending referrals.
   
   
10. The Together® Guarantee. We’re so confident in our service and our membership that we offer a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services at the completion of your program, we’ll provide additional introductions AT NO COST TO YOU.
