That’s why we’ve made it convenient to transfer memberships between our 80-plus Together® offices and affiliates.

Policies for Transferring Membership

In the event of relocation, members may transfer to another participating Together® location or affiliate. However, some locations are excluded and some may charge a transfer fee. While we work to make these transitions as smooth as possible, members should be prepared to visit the new location to update their profile information and get acquainted with the new staff. Keep in mind that because we are independently owned, policies and procedures may vary among offices.

When can you transfer?
At any time—as long as you are a member in good standing.

What do you need to do to transfer?
Make a written request to the Together® location which holds your membership.
